Aramón Javalambre-Valdelinares ski resort
Teruel
Aramón Javalambre-Valdelinares is located in the south of the Aragonese province of Teruel. In fact, this name refers to two similar ski resorts that are quite distant from one another, in two symmetrical mountain ranges: the Javalambre mountains (the resort shares the same name) and the Gúdar mountains (Valdelinares ski resort). Both locations, separated by a drive of an hour and a quarter, are ideal for beginners as well as those who aspire to improve their technique. Both offer a similar-sized range of possibilities: 13 and 14 runs respectively (none of them black slopes) and 15 and 17 skiable kilometres each, all of them equipped with modern artificial snowmaking systems. The oldest is Valdelinares, which officially opened in the early 1970s. Surrounded by beautiful black pine forests, it is a modern and comfortable resort where you can also freestyle in the Snowpark. In 1996, the second ski resort opened in Teruel, Javalambre, the southernmost in Aragon. Always committed to the quality of its services, Javalambre also has a Snowpark where you can learn the best snowboard tricks. It's also located in one of the best areas in Europe for stargazing.
