Soria (Province)

Located in the Castile-León region in the northern part of inland Spain. It is home to several outstanding nature areas, including the Sierra de Urbión mountains, the Laguna Negra lake, and the Cañón del Río Lobos Nature Reserve.

Albacete (province)

Located in the inland region of Spain in the south of Castilla–La Mancha. The capital is Albacete, the largest city in the province.

Alicante-Alacant (province)

Alicante is in south-east Spain, in the Community of Valencia The province is identified with the Costa Blanca tourism brand. It has a typical Mediterranean landscape where beaches alternate with mountainous areas.

Almería (Province)

It is located in Andalusia in southeast Spain, and its capital is the city of Almería. It has 200 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline, and its natural resources include a combination of sea and desert, as well as one of the most fertile agricultural areas in the whole of Europe.

Ávila (Province)

Located in the Castile-León region in the northern part of the Spanish interior, its landscape is divided into two completely distinct areas: a more mountainous area in the centre and towards the north; and the southern part which has milder temperatures and is the site of the Tiétar valley.

Badajoz (Province)

It is located in the south of the region of Extremadura in western Spain. It is the largest province in the country, and is a land of contrasts. Barcelona (Province)

It is located in northeast Spain in the centre of the region of Catalonia. The provincial capital is the city of Barcelona, which is also the capital of the region.

Burgos (Province)

Located in the interior of Spain, in the north of the Castile-León region. Its capital is the city of Burgos, the home of the only cathedral in Spain which has been individually awarded the World Heritage designation by the UNESCO.

Cabrera Archipelago (Island)

Scuba divers will find one of the best conserved sea beds on the Spanish coastline, with a dense meadow of Posidonia oceánica which favours the proliferation of a large number of species of marine fauna.

Located in the interior of Spain, in the north of the region of Extremadura. Its capital is the city of Cáceres, whose historic town has been declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. The Royal Monastery of Santa María de Guadalupe, also in the province of Cáceres, shares the same distinction.

Cádiz (Province)

It is located in southern Spain, in the region of Andalusia. Its coastline is part of the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light) and features numerous golden sandy beaches, including everything from beaches in urban areas to extensive, practically unspoilt stretches of sand.
