    Ingredients: 500 gm of truffles 8 eggs 1 clove of garlic Olive oil

  • Preparation

    Cut the truffles into thin slices. Put a frying pan with a little oil and the chopped garlic on a low heat, until the garlic turns golden. Next, add the truffles and cook; season with salt, add the eggs and stir on a low heat until the eggs begin to set.
