Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people: 400 gm of noodles 1 small onion 4 medium-sized prawns 2 cloves of garlic 2 spoonfuls of olive oil 1 sprig of curly leaf parsley pepper salt.

Preparation
For the 'fumet', boil the rest of the ingredients in the water. Then stir fry the prawns in the oil in the space of a few seconds and add the chopped garlic and onion to the same oil. Leave to brown a little then set aside.In the same oil, sauté the noodles until they reach a dark gold colour. Mix all the ingredients, adding the stock of the 'fumet' and allow to cook, stirring occasionally. When the water is absorbed and the noodles are cooked and separated, serve. Accompany with a garlic dressing.
