Ingredients: Salmon potatoes red pepper lemon onion salt chopped parsley

Preparation
Peel and cut up the potatoes into slices, the red pepper into strips and the onion into julienne pieces. Make a bed of all this on a baking tray, adding the sliced lemon and salt. Add water and bake. When the vegetables are done, put the salmon in the oven with them, salting and seasoning it, for five or six minutes. Put a few potatoes and a little of the juice from the baking tray on a dish, break them up with a fork and put them in a frying pan with a little water and chopped parsley. Bind everything together and put it on top of the salmon.
