    Ingredients for 4 people: 1kg pork loin 4 large potatoes 4 greenish red peppers 1 clove of garlic oil fine salt

  • Preparation

    Chop the potatoes, cut the peppers into strips and cut the pork into regular cubes; cut the clove of garlic into very fine slices. Fry the potatoes and peppers in a frying pan. Cook the garlic clove separately and fry the meat. Let all the ingredients dry and then add a pinch of salt to them. Finally, put the potatoes in a serving dish with the peppers and the pork on top.
