Ingredients
Ingredients: 1 little of cane honey. 500 gm of sugar. 250 gm of almonds. 1 grated lime. Aniseed Ground cinnamon. 'Gofio' (roasted maize meal).

Preparation
Place the honey, sugar, cinnamon, grated lime and aniseed in a pan and cook slowly. Stir constantly until it boils. Then set aside, continuously beating so that it doesn't form lumps. When it is set, add the peeled, toasted and ground almonds and the roasted maize meal, until obtaining a thick mixture. Remove the mixture and place in aluminium tins in the shape of a funnel, greased with butter. When they have cooled, remove from the tins.
