    Ingredients for 4 people: 8 medium potatoes 8 fat leeks 1kg of pumpkin virgin olive oil salt

  • Preparation

    Clean and chop the leeks and put them in a cooking pot on the heat when the water starts to boil. Keep it boiling for another 10 minutes. Then add the potatoes cut into medium-sized pieces and the chopped pumpkin and leave to cook for another 10 minutes. After this time, add a good dash of olive oil and a little salt. Leave to boil for another 15 minutes. A cod tail can also be added during cooking, but this is optional.
