Peaches in red wine with cinnamon

    Ingredients for 6 people: 10 large peaches ½ l of young red wine 1 stick of cinnamon ½ kg of sugar

  • Preparation

    Peel and cut the peaches into medium pieces and add the sugar and the cinnamon stick.Once everything is well-mixed, place in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the juice out. When the time is up, take the peaches from the fridge and add the red wine. Place back in the fridge to soak for 4 hours.
