Ingredients for 4 people: 500g pastry dough 100g icing sugar

Preparation
Pastry for nicanors is made with lightly salted lard and white wine. It is important to handle this dough cold. Fold it as you wish. Cut the dough with typical cutters for nicanors in the form of toothed wheels (they can also be cut square and given a superficial cut in the middle).Put on a baking tray and cook at 200º for about 15 minutes or until they are done. Let them cool, dust with the icing sugar and serve.
