Ingredients
Ingredients: 1/2 kg of chopped lamb 1 lettuce 12 baby new potatoes 250 gm of wild mushrooms or ordinary mushrooms 4 spring onions 1 onion 1 bunch of asparagus 4 artichoke hearts 1 small tin of peas 1 decilitre of oil 50 gm of diced ham 2 spoonfuls of flour 1 egg

Preparation
Cook the lettuce, baby new potatoes, mushrooms, spring onions, bunch of asparagus and the artichoke hearts , (if the peas are not tinned it isn't necessary). Brown the pieces of lamb with the oil in a saucepan, then put to one side. In the same oil lightly fry the ham, and remove also. Add 1 chopped onion and fry until golden. Sprinkle with 1 spoonful of flour. Sauté and wet with the water in which you have cooked the vegetables. Roll the vegetables in flour and egg before gently frying. Blend everything together and heat to mix the flavours.
