Ingredients
Ingredients: 1kg of butter 1kg of flour baking custard sugar

Preparation
Make pastry with a kilogram of butter, a kilogram of flour and about ½ a litre of water. Once you have made the pastry dough, roll it out until it is ½ a centimetre thick and cut into 6 x 8 centimetre rectangles. Put in the oven and, when you get them out, open them along the middle, fill them with custard and cover them with sugar.
