Ingredients for 4 people 1 kg of bonito 2 roasted and peeled red peppers olive oil 2 green peppers 2 tomatoes 2 onions 1 kg of potatoes

Preparation
Skin and bone the bonito and put to one side. Boil the bones in a pot with a little water. Dice the onion, cut the green pepper into strips and peel and finely chop the tomato. Add everything to a pot on the flame with a little oil. Add the potatoes cut into medium-sized pieces and cover with the broth from the fish bones. More water can be added if necessary. Chop the red pepper and purée over the potatoes. When they are almost done, place the pieces of bonito on top and cover the pot until the potatoes are fully done and the bonito is just right.
