Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people: 800g of clean barbel 4dl. of olive oil 2 spoons of white wine between 4 and 6 spoons of fish stock 1 clove of chopped garlic chopped parsley

Preparation
Season the barbels and put the oil on the heat with chopped garlic until the garlic goes brown. Next, add the barbels with the skin upwards and gradually add the white wine. Remove the saucepan and stir so the sauce binds together. When it is about to be served, add the chopped parsley and boil it briefly.

Serve hot in a large bowl.
