Ingredients for 8 people: 400 g of soft cheese 400 g of flour 400 g of sugar 40 g powdered sugar 4 eggs 6 aniseed seeds 6 mint leaves Half a small cup of sweet anis Half a small cup of water Half a small cup of olive oil

Preparation
Mix the flour, water, oil, anise and aniseed and work it to obtain an even consistency. Then spread the dough thinly in a round baking tin greased with oil. Shape an edge on the side of the baking tin. Beat the eggs and the sugar in a clean bowl. Then add the crumbled cheese and the mint leaves and stir to obtain a thick cream. Spread the cream over the dough and bake in the oven at 180º C for around 35 minutes.

Presentation
Before serving, sprinkle with plenty of sugar.
