Alameda/Malaga Park

The design of this park has a marked landscape character, with predominating curvilinear paths that frame and define islets of various sizes, in such a way that the sensation of being in such a rigidly rectangular space is lost. Its layout features several attention-grabbing areas, such as the different kiosks (including the music kiosk), the fountains and the statues around the garden, many of them dedicated to notable figures from Malaga or linked to Malaga, such as the painter Bernardo Ferrándiz or the writers Salvador Rueda, Narciso Díaz de Escovar, Rubén Darío and Arturo Reyes. The existing vegetation perfectly complements this free and natural layout.
