On the land of an important textile company, created in the mid-nineteenth century, with a surface area of 50,000 m2, this new park was built. It was designed by the architects Luis Peña Ganchegui, Antón Pagola and Montserrat Ruiz in 1985. The main entrance is on Muntadas Street, with the original wall and fence preserved along the street, offering us the view of Mig's house, children's games and a wide walk protected from the sun by the presence of more than 150 century-old plane trees that have been preserved, following this pleasant walk a wide meadow adorned with splendid sculptures: Lande V by Pablo Palazuelo, strict and rationalist, with great sobriety, or Alto Rhapsody, by the British artist Anthony Caro, which the municipality had kept in its warehouses since the seventies, etc.
