Egyptian Museum in Barcelona

Located in the Clos Archaeological Foundation, it aims to spread the culture and art of Ancient Egypt.

This collection of Egyptian art, property of Jordi Clos, has approximately 1,000 pieces from the Pharaonic era, which help trace the different periods of one of the richest and most mysterious civilisations in the history of mankind. Its facilities have more than 2,000 square meters distributed in three museum rooms, three training rooms, a temporary exhibition room and a specialised library. Visitors can find objects related to everyday life (crafts and cosmetics) as well as others that refer to funeral beliefs and practices.
