Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium

The Cívitas Metropolitano has been the home stadium for Atlético de Madrid since 2017. It is a modern sports facility with a surface area of more than 88,000 square metres.

The stadium is located in the north-east part of the city, close to Adolfo Suárez-Madrid Barajas Airport and the IFEMA trade fair complex. This is the third largest football stadium in Spain, with a capacity for over 70,000 spectators. UEFA ranks the Cívitas Metropolitano as a category 4 infrastructure, its highest classification. A large flag with the club's shield, on a 40-metre-high mast, presides over the southern corner of the stadium in honour of its fans.Apart from visiting the stadium during the team's matches, there is the possibility of signing up for a tour to discover the stadium and everything inside it, where visitors will be able to cross the pitch, visit the locker rooms or the Atlético de Madrid museum.
