What are the wines like?
They offer a wide variety of fine wines, to meet the needs of any menu. The red wines are deep, fruity and elegant, with predominance of Tempranillo, Cabernet, Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, and increasing presence of Syrah and Garnacha. The white wines are complex, expressive and persistent. The main varieties are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Albariño, Riesling and Macabeu. In general, they are highly chromatic, full-bodied wines, that improve when stored in bottles for a certain period of time.
