What are the wines like?
The wines are elegant and different. They are the result of a thousand-year-old wine-producing culture that preserves the native Refute grape. Its leading exponent is the wine with the Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) Sierra de Salamanca. The grapes in the centuries-old vineyards are grown sustainably on mountainside terraces. The properties of the soil, the steep slopes of the terrain and the Mediterranean climate give the Rufete its special characteristics, resulting in a unique wine.
