The area also has a great cultural diversity related to the use of natural resources (honey production, etc.). All of this has allowed the maintenance of communities and the conservation of local livestock breeds. In fact, caring for the environment makes it possible to offer visitors quality gastronomic products (wines, seafood, etc.).
