Teruel, Aragon

Its Mudejar art is World Heritage for its historical and architectural value. Here, you can discover beautiful buildings such as the Cathedral of Santa María de Mediavilla, the Mudejar tower of El Salvador or the Staircase of the Paseo del Óvalo and its engraving of the lovers of Teruel, a famous city legend that rivals the tale of Romeo and Juliet.Furthermore, if you want to enjoy its gastronomy and atmosphere, you must visit the Plaza del Torico, which owes its name to the fountain in its centre, crowned by a small metal bull. This is the heart of the city and the perfect place to try its typical dishes, such as gazpacho with sollapa bread, shepherd's stew or hanks.

Burgos, Castile and Leon

A Medieval city that still preserves some charming elements from the Middle Ages, such as the Gothic Cathedral of Santa María, awarded the World Heritage designation by the UNESCO. You should also go up to the castle's viewpoint, where you can see the entire city at your feet. And if you want to enjoy the gastronomy of Burgos, ​Las Llanas is a must-see, an area where you will find a large number of bars and restaurants with the best atmosphere, where you can try delicacies such black pudding and Burgos cheese, or the typical “cojonudos”, with spicy chorizo, hot pepper and quail eggs. Quite a delicacy!

Cordoba, Andalusia

Córdoba, a World Heritage City, is the perfect blend of history and modernity. You will love walking through the Judería, the old Jewish quarter where you will find most of the gastronomic and leisure offerings.The city also boasts beautiful buildings, such as the Mosque-Cathedral, with its coloured arches, the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, with its beautiful patios, and the Palacio de Viana, with its gardens and fountains. Cordoba offers incredible gastronomy, including salmorejo soup, flamenquines fried rolls and ajo blanco soup.

Bilbao, Basque Country

A small city, but with a large number of plans to do and places to discover. You can't miss one of its most modern icons, the Guggenheim Museum of contemporary art. And from the most modern to the most classic: after visiting the museum you can head to the Old Town, the city centre and the perfect place to buy traditional products. Here, you can also admire the Cathedral of Santiago and enjoy Basque gastronomy with pintxos, small portions of different foods that usually go on a piece of bread and are eaten during a bar crawl. Finally, a visit to Bilbao is not complete without a pleasant walk at sunset along the estuary, an unforgettable memory.  As you can see, there are no shortage of plans in these cities.
