30 km from Segovia you will find Turégano, a village with many monuments and buildings that are real works of art.
The medieval castle is outstanding and towers over the village. Inside it you will find San Miguel Church. Plaza Mayor Square, with its colonnade and houses, is one of the central points of the village. This is where markets, fairs, processions and bullfights are held. Turégano, on the Pirón River Romanesque Route, is home to churches, shrines, paintings, sculptures... You should also visit the Episcopal Palace, the Miñano House-Palace, Santiago Church, Nuestra Señora de los Remedios Shrine, the Forest Museum, set in stunning surroundings, and the Los Ángeles Museum.
