World Mountain and Trail Running Championships

The Spanish town of Canfranc, nestled in the Aragonese Pyrenees and famous for its iconic International Railway Station, will host this world-class mountain running and trail running event.

The CanfrancPirineos 2025 event will bring together the world’s top runners across the five race categories featured in the competition: mountain running includes Uphill, Classic and Under20, while trail running features Short Trail and Long Trail races.It will be four days of competition in the Pyrenees, Europe’s second-largest mountain range, where participants will enjoy its stunning nature and dizzying peaks.
