The temporary exhibition hall of the Royal Collections Gallery hosts “Sorolla, one hundred years of modernity”, a major exhibition of the work of the famous Valencian painter of light and the sea, whose centenary of death is being commemorated.

The exhibition brings together 77 of his works for the first time, including not only his most well known works but also many others that have never been displayed in Spain before. Visitors therefore have the privileged opportunity to discover the virtuoso painting of the most important impressionist artist in our country, whose brushstrokes immerse us in the waters of the Mediterranean.
