The city of A Coruña is transforming into the ‘Galician Broadway,’ inviting you to enjoy world-class international musicals on two of its most iconic stages: Teatro Colón and the Palacio de la Ópera.
Teatro Colón will host Chicago from March 6 to 9, coinciding with the 27th anniversary of its Broadway debut in New York. A total of seven performances will bring audiences the thrilling tale of greed, murder, and showbiz that defines this multi-award-winning musical. Meanwhile, from May 9 to 11, the Palacio de la Ópera will host Carmina Burana, a spectacular production by La Fura dels Baus founder Carlus Padrissa, following its success on stages across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Carl Orff’s work transforms into a dynamic and immersive production, exploring how fate can be shaped by chance.
