Visitors to Aranda de Duero during the festival will have the chance to sample the lamb (whose quality is guaranteed thanks to the fact that it is milk-fed lamb marked with the Protected Geographic stamp, or IGP) roasted in a wood-burning oven, as part of a specially designed menu offered by a number of specialised roast meat restaurants. You'll also be able to try other typical products such as the Torta de Aranda (a round bread made in the traditional way, and recognised with the Guarantee Mark) and lettuce from Medina. And all accompanied by wine with the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, and with the added attraction of activities such as visits to underground wine cellars.
