Exhibition: World Press Photo (Barcelona)

The travelling exhibition World Press Photo, which showcases the best photojournalistic images of the year, is in Barcelona in November and December.

There are four main categories in the awards: individual (single image), photo essay (4-10 photos that tell a story), long-term project (24-30 photos from three years) and open format (photos taken with innovative and non-traditional methods). The photos will be chosen by the jury for their visual quality and strength, and must have not been previously published in Spain, offering different points of view on current affairs. Anyone who contemplates them is, at the very least, invited to reflect.
