Equestrian Show at Caballerizas Reales

The Caballerizas Reales [Royal Stables] in the city of Córdoba host a wonderful exhibition in which the purebred Spanish horse is the protagonist.

In 1570, Felipe II ordered the Caballerizas Reales to be built as a result of his great love for horses and to give rise to one of the best breeds in history: The Andalusian Horse – Pure Spanish Breed. This show is a unique opportunity to be impressed by the beauty and magic of these animals that exhibit different disciplines, and by the mastery of the riders and the horsewomen. This is accompanied by music prepared for the occasion and dance numbers that blend dance with the horses' exercises.
