Beach: Ses Illetes

Thanks to its white sand and crystal-clear water, this beach in the north of Formentera has been named one of the most beautiful in the world. It is a privileged spot that affords spectacular views of several small islands, and you can even spot the island of Ibiza (hence its name, which means "The Small Islands"). The Illetes area is perfectly equipped for water sports such as sailing and scuba diving, and offers all kinds of services. Thanks to the surroundings, which are part of an area of natural interest, and the Posidonia meadows that can be found underwater, it has earned the UNESCO World Heritage Site designation. There is also a boat service that goes from this area to La Sabina port and Espalmador island.
